The parquets in bamboo are of easy care.
Of course the easiness of care will also depend on the type of finishing chosen: oiled parquet or varnished parquet.
The daily cleaning of varnished parquet consists in dusting it with a broom and a vacuum cleaner, and removing stains or other dirty marks with a slightly damp floorcloth. Ideally every 2 to 6 weeks depending of the traffic on the parquet, the use of a "polish" is recommended. In the case of a very dirty parquet, it is recommended to proceed to a more thorough cleaning with an adequate product, such as Bona Remover.

For oiled parquet, the care consists in cleaning the parquet without removing the protection oil. The daily care will henceforth be limited to dusting with a broom or vacuum cleaner.
Somewhat heavier care for removing the stains or other dirty marks can be performed every week or every month depending on the traffic intensity on the parquet. To this end the use of a special product for oiled parquet is strongly recommended. Bona proposes Carl's Cleaner.
Eventually one or several times a year, we recommend specific care of your BambooTouch® oiled floors by applying after cleaning a layer of maintenance oil Bona Carl's 25.
